Please read all ingredients before purchasing to ensure no allergic reactions. Full ingredient lists accompany the description for each product, customers are responsible for checking those lists with awareness of their own sensitivities.
If you are unhappy about a product you purchased, please send me an email at [email protected] and tell me why. I'm all about improving and/or adding to new products to better suit your needs.
Money Orders & Checks
If you choose to pay by money order or check be prepared to wait for money orders and checks to clear from our bank account. This may take 5 to 7 days at which time we will process your order according to availability when your payment has cleared.
Shipping
Since I make all products fresh when you order, except for soaps, please allow two to three business days of receipt of your order and payment for shipping. You'll receive an E-mail confirming your order and a second E-mail with your shipping information including tracking numbers.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS services if not instructed otherwise. USPS ground service may take 5 to 7 working days for delivery depending on your shipping location. I have no control over USPS Carriers suggested arrival times. Also, know that if I can reduce the price of shipping, I will. If I find that it's cheaper to send it flat rate instead of by weight via USPS, I will and refund the difference to you.
